If the recipient of the personal data is located in a non-EU/EEA country which does not ensure an adequate level of data protection, the personal data of the users will only be sent to such recipient after a written agreement on the transfer of data based on standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

USER CONSENT
- Some of our information processing activities are carried out based on your consent. In this case you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you withdraw your consent, we will cease processing your personal data unless further processing or storage is permitted or required by applicable Polish law. It should be noted that the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the data processing before it is withdrawn. Moreover, the withdrawal of consent may consequently prevent us from fulfilling your expectations or providing the Services.

Pursuant to Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

2) Your personal data provided in the form are processed on the basis of art. 6 sec.
1 point b) GDPR – to handle the inquiry via the contact form;
3) your personal data will be processed as long as the inquiry is processed via the contact form;
4) Under the terms of generally applicable law, you have the right to: access your personal data, request rectification and deletion of your personal data, limitations, transfer personal data, as well as object to their processing.
5) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, in the event of suspicion of data processing contrary to the provisions of the law.
6) Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to handle the inquiry via the contact form. The consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to contact.
7) Your personal data will be transferred to third parties only in compliance with the obligation resulting from generally applicable law or entities providing Administrator support services.
8) Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, and will not be the basis for profiling.
9) Your personal data will not be transferred outside the EEA or to international organizations.
